Privacy policy
As of 2 November 2026.
Who we are
- Jamme ja is run by Destreza Futura, Lda, NIPC 519182758, Rua Albino Moura, 2820-034 Charneca de Caparica, Portugal.
- We decide what happens with your data. Write to us at hello@jammejaclub.com.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, your WhatsApp number and your email.
- Your card or MB WAY details go straight to Stripe, who processes the payment. We never see your card number.
- To keep your spot while you pay, we store a random booking number, how many tickets and the time. Not your name.
- How many people visit, and which pages, counted with Umami, which we run ourselves. No cookies, nothing that identifies you, and nothing shared with anyone.
- No advertising and no tracking cookies.
Why
- To sell you the ticket, send your receipt, keep the list for the day, and message you about the event on WhatsApp. This is what you book us for.
- To keep payment and invoice records, because Portuguese accounting law asks us to.
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Stripe, for payments and receipts.
- Cloudflare, who host this site.
- WhatsApp, when we message you or you join the event group.
- Some of them may process data outside the EU. They do it under the safeguards in their own terms.
How long we keep it
- Payment and invoice records: 10 years, as Portuguese tax law asks.
- Your name, WhatsApp number and email: until 12 months after the event. Long enough for a credit, a refund, or a question about a payment. Then we delete them from our lists.
- We only use them for your booking. We don’t message you about other events unless you ask us to.
- Stripe keeps its own payment records, under its own legal duties.
Your rights
- You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, take a copy, limit how we use it, or object. Write to hello@jammejaclub.com.
- You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, cnpd.pt.
Cookies
- The payment step loads Stripe, which sets cookies to prevent fraud. The site sets none of its own, and Umami uses none.
